Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of eCommerce, the Coordinator eCommerce Marketing is responsible for executing content and product merchandising activities to drive traffic and sales to our eCommerce sites, as well as assisting with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition and retention across the Australia and New Zealand markets.

 

The key objective of this role is to support the eCommerce team in delivering a market-leading customer experience. This involves performing activities to support our online customer acquisition strategy and assisting in marketing activities with our internal brand marketing team and our digital marketing agency. In addition, this role is key to activating products and merchandising our eCommerce sites to ensure the right products and information are available at the right time and to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product activations and website category management, ensuring optimization of key pages to drive revenue and conversion rate growth.
  • Create and set up discount codes and promotions to support marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize website on-site search, make updates to display pages and proactively update the website to support key search terms.
  • Assist with publishing new content and landing pages to the websites.
  • Be the key contact for UA customer service feedback from service partners and implement website updates.
  • Assist with analysis of website behavior, product, content and platform performance.
  • Assist with managing email campaigns and calendar scheduling, including writing creative briefs, and planning and collaborating with internal and external teams and agencies to execute and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
  • Generate and distribute email campaign reports to the wider business.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Education And / Or Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field
