Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Post-Production Retouching will assist production, creative and outside agencies with managing post-production photo and digital asset projects (including but not limited to product photos, advertising assets, digital photos for social media, etc .).

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting Lead, Studio Production with directing post-production photo and digital asset projects from photo shoot completion through retouching and editing onto completion.
  • Assisting with digital file management and organization of photography assets. 
  • Tracking and disseminating information. Assisting Lead, Studio Production with maintaining retouching process tracker and preparing progress reports for key stakeholders and upper management on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis, as needed.
  • Identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.
  • Uploading proofs, tracking and updating project statuses in project management software (Workfront)
  • Informing project teams of updates and changes as and when they occur.
  • Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
  • Organization and delivery of final files to our Asset Management system.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Sound knowledge of project management software, Workfront preferred.
  • Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
  • Adept at developing solutions for workflow delays.
  • Basic Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
  • Accuracy and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new skills and software quickly
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • The ability to multi-task

Education And / Or Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of relatable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
