Position Summary

The Sr. Specialist, Global Marketing Operations – Brand Business Services roll is responsible for project management from brief approval, planning, implementation, and execution of Global Brand category projects. This individual leads smaller Brand led projects independently inclusive but not limited to Social, always on stories while supporting the Sr. Manager in driving Brand level Campaigns through to completion. Ultimately, this individual, is expected to drive our cross-functional project teams to deliver per the brief – On Brand, On Budget, On Time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage marketing campaign Brief intake process
    • Manage Brand Marketing team led projects, starting with the planning and implementation of brand briefs once submitted.
    • Review and process briefs, serve as checks and balances system to ensure briefs meet requirements (e.g. clear business objectives, budget, list of all required creative support, guidance on regional variance).
    • Support Marketing to ensure cross functional teams are aligned to project deliverables
    • Facilitate Brand Management review and approval process
    • Own project management integration and communication with cross functional project teams.
  • Manage Project Plans
    • Establishing timing and action
    • Assigning Project team resources (Internal creative)
    • Utilize skills to streamline creative development timelines.
  • Manage external and internal agencies / creative partners
    • Manage project-based agency relationships (internal & external partners) including, schedule management, and approvals.
    • Drive creative development and execution, on time and budget.
  • Facilitate creative content review process for above initiatives
    • Conduct weekly meetings to ensure alignment on creative content throughout the creative development and go to market process
    • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure category team feedback is integrated into production of creative content.
    • Constantly monitor and report on progress to all project stakeholders, including Innovation & Marketing Leadership.


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Direct work experience within a creative & project management capacity.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • PMP certification – preferred
  • Proven experience leading high visibility projects.
  • Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands.
  • Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.
  • Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relatable experience.
  • Creative or account Management Experience within and agency, Brand or Category Marketing organization.
