Position Summary

As Writer/Producer Digital Go-to-Market Content, you will be a member of the Global Corporate Communications team and key partner with UA’s Go-to-Market team. You will be responsible for developing, writing, and producing high-profile internal and account-facing content required for key Go-to-Market (GTM) milestones and events. As a brand expert, you will execute, oversee and champion the creation of content for physical and digital touchpoints and drive message and creative asset consistency throughout Under Armour's GTM process at the global and regional levels. You will do so by working in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders while leveraging expert project management skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Under Armour as a brand and key initiatives and strategies within each seasonal GTM cycle.
  • Ability to create global messaging and content that can be adapted for multiple GTM stakeholders (e.g., regional leads, sales team, etc.).
  • Partner with core Digital Go-to-Market and other key internal stakeholders to develop GTM seasonal messages and script authentic brand narratives for all content, including seasonal themes, video scripts, key messages, and leadership presentations.
  • With the help of external and cross-functional Under Armour partners, produce GTM-specific content needed for critical milestone meetings and events.
  • Manage the creation of content to support the implementation of the revolutionary digital sell-in process globally serving as the key point of contact for all content-related matters.
  • Ensure coordination between cross-functional teams within marketing, creative and GTM as it pertains to content use.
  • Own the global content creation process for UA’s digital showroom spaces, keeping a consistent, brand-right message in the new digital, immersive environment.
  • With the help of external and cross-functional Under Armour partners as needed, manage the production of standard graphics and presentation backgrounds for each GTM cycle (two times per year)
  • Partner with Commercial Digital Transformation team to plan budgets for content needs for digitized future of commercial processes.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Creative writer and thinker with a passion for details
  • Understanding of and the ability to direct all aspects of creative: copy, imagery, design, and video content
  • Extensive knowledge of the video production process
  • Experience working with external agency partners
  • Well versed in effectively communicating feedback, gaining alignment from cross-functional teammates and steering partners towards brand right solutions 
  • Proven presentation skills and a track record of successfully pitching concepts to leadership
  • Digital Marketing and Go-to-Market experience preferred, but not required
  • “Start-up” mindset: flexible, self-motivated and driven
  • Comfortable working with teammates at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment

Education And / Or Experience

  • 5+ Years in a marketing and/or communications role, preferably agency or in-house.
  • Experience leading the creation and coordination of high visibility content or campaigns
  • Experience acting as project manager for coordination of content creation and production
  • 2-3 years of experience leading projects independently or with a team
  • BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field

  • Location: Baltimore or remote with ability to travel to HQ
