Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic leader to further accelerate our partnership with two of our EMEA strategic partners - JD group & Footlocker EMEA - matching our growth ambitions and aligned to the UA EMEA strategic vision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Own and manage a Regional P&L - execute decision-making through XF importance 
•    Develop and execute Strategic plans by partner aligned to the overall EMEA Commercial strategy - by gender, category, and country
•    Ensure UA is maximized across all channels of consumer navigation including BM, Digital, and Marketplace [where aligned] following the UA high standards
•    Build on existing Apparel’s strong hold whilst accelerating Women’s and Footwear thru full concepts
•    Collaborate and co-develop a robust Managed space and WHLS.com strategy by partner/fascia and country importance aligned to Long Range Plan [LRP]
•    Build, manage and execute partner trade terms aligned to strategic objectives and LRP
•    Lead and own XF team direction to enable a cohesive approach with our partners 
•    Maintain strong E2E forecast accuracy to support the LFP, planning, and merch depts
•    Develop and execute a JD global governance model to support Brand consistency across all regions
•    Full line reporting to VP sales EMEA

Education And / Or Experience

•    University degree level education
•    8-10 years of Industry experience from field to Senior Manager level
•    3 - 5 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in the area of expertise.
•    Fluent in English
•    Superior presentation skills
•    Be an expert across EMEA – with a focus on UK/IRE/DE/ES
•    An understanding of WHLS and Joint Venture models
•    Demonstrate excellent people leader skills

•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•    Open to travel to Amsterdam when required
