Position Summary

This role will drive, innovate and enhance the customer journey with the larger Omni Channel Creative Team. Developing brand and seasonal product storytelling through a digital first lens, the Creative Lead - Digital will bring the brand vision to life with a consumer centric mindset They will work cross functionally to maximize creative consistency across multiple channels. The Creative Lead - Digital will work closely with multiple stakeholders from marketing and creative leadership to operational and production partners streamlining creative development and ensure the brand vision executes successfully.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Brand and Category marketing: concept, development, and design – digital first executions
  • Omni-Channel contributions and executions includes retail, social, PR, paid media
  • Cross functional team collaboration: Austin web teams, CF and Apps
  • Agency collaboration
  • Global Production team collaboration

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Command of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build relationships cross-functionally
  • Solid portfolio showing best in class solutions
  • Passion for sports and retail
  • Command of visual systems and structures: typography, design, photography

Education And / Or Experience

  • BFA or similar
  • 5+ Years in a digital design role, minimum 3yrs e-comm specific
