Position Summary

The Senior Professional, Performance Marketing is responsible for SEA Regional Digital Performance Marketing in the eCommerce business function by facilitating sales targets & growth. He/she will require channel knowledge on executions, data analysis & optimizations. The essential scope of this role covers brand dotcom & marketplace business channels. The marketing channels that he/she is responsible for include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing & Marketplace Advertising Tools to drive these business channels. Prior experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing &/or Ecommerce are preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media & Google Advertising 

  • Oversee Facebook & Google advertising to attain sales targets and growth 
  • Propose customer acquisition/retention/engagement strategies & optimizations for paid social media & google ads performance
  • Work with agency to implement new Facebook & Google updates & best practices
  • Manage tactical & long-term campaigns on Facebook & Google channels
  • Data analysis & reporting on social media & google performance

Affiliate Marketing & Regional Marketing Partnerships

  • Oversee Affiliate Marketing channel to attain sales targets and growth on brand dotcom.
  • Develop mid to long-term affiliate channel plans with sales and consumer growth targets
  • Propose customer acquisition/retention/engagement strategies & optimization on cashback, content, coupon site
  • Manage tactical & long-term campaigns on affiliate channels
  • Propose plans with internal & external stakeholders on opportunities to extend brand partnerships regionally 
  • Data analysis & reporting on affiliate & partnership channel performance

Marketplace Advertising Tools 

  • Oversee Lazada & Shopee's advertising tool to attain sales targets and growth
  • Work with agency & partners on customer acquisition/retention/engagement strategy 
  • Propose plans to internal stakeholders on growing product category with marketplace ad tools
  • Manage tactical & long-term campaigns on marketplace channels
  • Work with agency to implement new marketplace ad-tech updates and implementation 
  • Data analysis, management and reporting on marketplace performance

Marketing Reporting & Administrative

  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing data; campaigns, and product performance with analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics
  • Outline reporting to management on post-campaign results and future opportunities
  • Manage contractual agreements in partnerships & financial administrations on marketing investments

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Experienced general Digital Marketing experience and skillsets
  • Worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ability to multi-task & juggle concurrent projects and channels 
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, resourceful and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Logically thinking, good at analytics and making data-driven decision
  • Strong presentation skills, communication and negotiation skills

Education And / Or Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in an agency, marketplace setting or any similar environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field preferred
