Position Summary
The Art Director of Americas will drive creative excellence for the region through brand consistency from Global to Region through visual, tonal, and content creation. The AD will work closely with multiple stakeholders from marketing and creative leadership to operational and production partners streamlining creative development and ensures the brand vision executes successfully. This role will partner with both global and regional creative teams to create regional extensions of global campaigns while directing regional agency partners in both content development and content production to elevate the brand in our DTC, wholesale, and OMNI (retail, email, social, comms etc.) experiences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility over Brand and Seasonal Creative in our DTC, wholesale and OMNI channels for the region
- Utilize regional and global data to elevate consumer experiences through art and copy
- Collaborate with global creative/marketing/ops teams to ensure regional creative/marketing/ops alignment
- Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to elevate consumer experience
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, agency partners, external resources, copy, category partners to produce brand relevant designs and consumer experiences that reflect and elevate brand’s DNA and standards.
- Influence regional teams on brand excellence and current/future design trends
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Ability to lead agency partners
- Presentation/Communication style: Clear, Concise, and Thoughtful. Ability to present new insights to small or large groups.
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Keynote, PPT, or related presentation platform
Education And / Or Experience
- 10+ years in agency/in-house creative team
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading a design team
- Experience working and communicating directly with Regional Marketing partners
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel to local DTC / wholesale stores
