Summary HR Coordinators will support the Human Resources department and our Team Members by performing administrative functions relating to New Hires, Promotions, Terminations, Benefits, Relocation, Payroll and more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position will have a primary focus on just one of the DORs. This role will be trained cross-functionally in each of the non-primary DORs and will support the team in these areas during peak work periods and in the absence of other HR Coordinators.  Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • New Hire
    • Input new team members into all necessary systems to ensure timely clearance for start date and appropriate access upon hire
    • Communicate all issues and possible delays to HR Business Partners for resolution
    • Partner with new team members and hiring managers to obtain the necessary physical and electronic records for proper storage
  • Maintenance
    • Process all Employment and Personal data changes through our HRIS and communicate to impacted vendors
    • Maintain, audit, and submit the Payroll Submissions Form
    • Assist Teammates and Managers with the Time & Labor Management systems
    • Close payroll for all hourly teammates for transmission of files to Payroll
  • Exit
    • Process terminations in all appropriate systems and assist with mass terminations
    • Create severance and non-compete payment calendars for communication internally and externally
    • Process off-cycle payroll requests to ensure compliance with state laws for final pay
    • Act as the liaison between our HR Business Partners with our unemployment vendor
    • Maintain employee and I-9 files to ensure compliance

  • Identifies and elevates issues in a timely manner; bring forth suggestions for possible resolution

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree with one year of work experience in an administrative function; or High School diploma or general education degree (GED) with one year of HR experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ,
