Position Summary
The Under Armour Digital Commerce responsible for UA.com and the UA App is currently seeking a Manager of Digital Commerce Platform. This role leads an engineering team to build and maintain Under Armour’s Global E-Commerce Platforms based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Mentor, recruit, on-board, grow, and evaluate engineering teammates.
- Oversee multiple projects with a geographically disparate team.
- Brainstorm, design, architect and implement new solutions.
- Suggest tools, technologies, and best practices to improve performance, availability and scalability based on both technical and business considerations.
- Manager Systems Integrators and Vendors for operational duties, and hold external partners accountable to Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- You work hard to stay current – blogs, open source contribution, technology groups – whatever it takes.
- You are able to deliver compelling presentations, documentation and solution designs in various formats for specific audiences.
- Passionately embraces the challenge and effort to keep UA unique; committed to go the extra mile to build and protect the brand
Education And / Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of hands-on experience in a development environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), both SiteGenesis and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) implementations.
- Experience with some or all of the following technologies: Node, Typescript, GraphQL
- Headless Commerce experience is a plus
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Github Actions
