Purpose of Role

An IT Business Analyst Intern at Under Armour will collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders to elicit, document, and deliver new features to our retail technology landscape, focusing on Retail Point-of-Sale Technology (POS). You understand what customers go through during their purchasing journey and can identify gaps and/or technical solutions that can enhance their experience.  In return, you will learn about IT project management & delivery lifecycle and get hands-on experience managing IT deliverables yourself. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, have adequate skills in communication, research, and project management to coordinate implementation of their findings & conduct pre/post-evaluation assessments.

Your Impact

  • Initiate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand customer journey & identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements
  • Shadow & support Technical Project Manager in agile projects through participation & coordination
  • Conduct post-evaluation and performance assessments

Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail business processes 
  • Demonstrated project management and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for sports, technology, and innovation
     

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s program in business administration, digital, computer science, or related field.
