Rookie Program & Internships

Internships at Under Armour offer a unique experience, with paid opportunities globally for students across various majors. Interns, known as Rookies, dive into real-world projects, collaborate with industry experts, and immerse themselves in our cities like never before. Throughout the internship, participants tackle hands-on, self-driven projects that have a tangible impact on the business. They receive mentorship, engage in interactive sessions with executives, and benefit from professional development opportunities. Under Armour emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a global mindset, providing interns with insights into the broader impact of their work. ​

​The Rookie Program, Under Armour’s flagship internship initiative, in the U.S. spans 12 weeks during the summer.  The internships are primarily based at our Baltimore global headquarters however there may be opportunities at our various satellite offices, or even fully remote options, offering a wide array of opportunities. 

​In EMEA and APAC Rookie programs we offer 2 program cohorts per year, each 6 months in duration.  In EMEA, Rookies are based out of our European headquarters in Amsterdam while in APAC, they are based in one of the following office locations: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, and Thailand.
