Below is an overview of our typical corporate hiring process, from start to finish. While some positions may have variations in the process, this guide will help you prepare as you pursue a career with Under Armour.

1. Apply

We encourage you to tailor your application to the opportunities that best match your experiences and interests. Be sure to carefully review the job posting and requirements to confirm it’s a good fit for your skill set.

Ensure that your application is clear and concise and speaks to your knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Your application will be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team!

2. Interview

A member of our Talent Acquisition team will review your application, and if your qualifications align with the role’s requirements, one of our team members will reach out to you!

Interviews are conducted via phone, video, and in-person. The interview process will depend on the role, location, and what stage you are in the recruiting process.

If you are selected for an interview, the UA team will contact you directly to schedule next steps and provide further details about your interview.

Each office location, store location, and position has a preferred contact method and hiring process that varies. Interviews may include behavioral, situational, or technical assessments. For certain positions there may also be a project or skills assessment.

Following your interviews with the team a recruiter will be in touch regarding next steps.

**Tip: Prepare to speak to your past experiences and accomplishments in your interview as we focus on behavioral based questions based off our Competencies and Values.

3. Offer

Congratulations! We are excited to extend you the opportunity to join the Under Armour team.

Your offer letter will outline your NEW job title, benefits details, compensation and other pre-employment instructions.

Review the offer details and timeline – if you have any questions about your offer reach out to your recruiting contact. If you have been given a deadline to respond to our offer of employment, please respond in a timely manner.
