Purpose of Role
The Key Account Executive will work within an integrated and dedicated Digital POD team that will manage the European Pure Player Business. Working with assigned accounts to build an aligned brand strategy, maximize sales and profitability against defined targets and set objectives. To work within the best interest of our consumers, customers, teammates and the Under Amour brand.
This role will includes GTM / Sell In responsibilities with the full management of one of the EU Pure players and support the elevation of the Amazon with a focus on onsite merchandising, catalogue management, and sell through analysis.
Your Impact
Amazon Account Coordinator
- Deliver best in class onsite content management, ensuring all the product are listed on time and accurately throughout the season and developing a seamless consumer experience, creating engaging content across listings and brandstore, and elevating Under Armour brand – by teaming up with internal local and global stakeholders and Agency.
- Assortment Management, following the GTM timeline and sharing to Amazon the seasonal assortment focusing on the ramp-up of new products, further refining the strategy for lifecycle management of carryover products, and tracking in season sell through as it relates to future seasonal assortments.
- Collaborating with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure Amazon advertising is in line with sell through and seasonal launches. Connecting sales KPIs with the Amazon marketing strategy.
Pure Player Other Account Management
- Deliver the agreed annual sales and profit for Under Armour, in line with the regional and global strategy
- Ensure that the fully integrated go-to-market-process is understood and executed efficiently and innovatively across these accounts, own and drive seasonal touchpoints with accounts (such as Prelines, Sell-Ins, etc.), and ensure high level of account management
- Coordinate and involve cross-functional company teammates, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Identify & deliver consumer led opportunities to achieve growth, distribution, or product categories with existing accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years
- of relevant experience or 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Demonstrated track record of account management in a commercial environment.
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills with an analytical mind coupled with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis.
- PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations to groups (1:1 and groups)
- Strong Interpersonal skills & demonstrable track record of good relationship building
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as marketing, customer service & logistics.
- Amazon Vendor experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Return to Work Designation: 2 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
- Travel: 10% of the year
