As part of the Marketplace team and DTC organization, you will support the Under Armour fast-growing digital business. As Marketplace Product & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful presentation, availability, and accuracy of Under Armour products across its European online marketplace platforms. You will manage our seasonal assortment and product content for our dropship and consignment model. 
You will work closely with pure player accounts such as (but not limited to) Zalando, JD Sports and About You.
You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain to guarantee executional excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Activate and manage our marketplace product range 
•    Track article activation per marketplace channels and report on KPIs 
•    Optimize online product availability and lifecycle
•    Work closely with our external partners to ensure a smooth article onboarding and retagging process
•    Liaise with various internal stakeholders on the go-to-market execution for seasonal assortment activation/deactivation
•    Ensure a smooth flow of products to our external marketplaces through our integration platforms including item set up, copy and images and other content
•    Enhance online product content and drive new initiatives to improve the customer purchase experience on our marketplace platforms
•    Improve current and implement new and optimized operational processes for efficient pre- and in-season assortment management

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

•    Ability to set up new and optimized operational processes for efficient channel management 
•    Proven track record in problem solving and process improvements including measurable outcomes
•    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and to work together with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
•    Good time-management skills. Knows how to effectively prioritize demands. Completes tasks correctly & on time. Know how to manage expectations.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings and to translate results into future actions to improve the business

Education And / Or Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/project management qualification or equivalent
•    Min. 1-2 years’ experience in an eCommerce/e-marketplace environment
•    Experience with direct marketplace management and with marketplace engines not required but is a plus
•    Proficiency in using Excel, MS Word, Windows, Power Point; Experience with SAP a plus
•    Fluency in English is required (German language is a plus)
