Position Summary

Under Armour is seeking a Professional, Account Services Representative to work within Supply Chain team. You will connect with UA external accounts and internal stakeholders across several channels of communication. As part of EMEA Supply Chain, you will be responsible for executing the orderbook for your account(s). You will be measured on achieving KPIs and goals for both your function and POD. 
As a Professional (Senior), you will be held to higher standard of execution with a focus on various paths:  Functional expertise, Leadership or Project/ Process Improvements (can be one or a combination).
Please note this is a Maternity leave cover.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

(include but are not limited to the following):

ORDERBOOK MANAGEMENT: 40%
•    Track and maintain orders and be accountable for all KPI’s with regards to your own order book
•    Ability to follow processes and procedures of both the function and the POD
•    Work daily in a variety of systems including SAP, BI, B2B, Tableau and Excel
•    Ensure a working knowledge of entire order cycle
•    Sharing account score cards on repetitive base with stakeholders addressing order book performance
•    Actively support our UA DH (Distribution Hub) team and x-functional teammates

ANALYSIS AND COMMUNICATION: 20%
•    Run and analyze daily / weekly / monthly reports according to service level agreements
•    Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently, and tactfully with accounts, sales, logistics and all other cross functional areas

PROBLEM SOLVING AND ENQUIRIES: 20%
•    Effectively problem solve ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to accounts.
•    Handle a variety of supply chain related enquiries in a timely manner
•    Adapt to any new IT upgrades (SAP, B2B, BI/Power BI, Tableau), new processes, new applications and/or scenarios

ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS (SENIOR): 20% (can be one or a combination, and should be seen as a mentor by less experienced teammates):
•    Functional Expertise: Super user for any IT upgrades (SAP, B2B, BI), new processes, new applications and/or scenarios. Be involved in overall onboarding plan of new teammates
•    Leadership Path: Be the first back up to Manager from a POD and regional point of view (In absence, handle escalations, drive Running the business and intake plan reporting, lead team meetings, account visits / scorecards etc.)
•    Drive Projects / Process improvements: Identify gaps in current processes, be able to identify necessary business improvements for your accounts with your manager (focus on efficiency, service level and sustainability)

•    Analytical / system skills: Ability to work with various systems / interpretation of data on reports

Education And / Or Experience

•    Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and preferable bachelor’s degree in related field
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite essential and SAP/BI/Tableau is highly desired
•    Fluency in English essential (preference for 1 local European language)
•    Experience with (European) Wholesale / Digital accounts
