Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and accelerate our Wholesale business across key accounts, buying groups and field accounts within the EMEA region. 
It is important that the successful individual can think creatively and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to engage all levels of the business. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:
•    Own and manage an account/country P&L and execute decision-making through cross functional importance
•    Develop and execute strategic plans through selected Wholesale partners aligned to the overall EMEA Commercial strategy including Identifying key partners within countries; design and execute strategic plan development; prepare opportunities aligned to the Under Armour target consumer etc.
•    Ensure Under Armour is executed across all WHLS environments/channels following our high standards – always striving for more.
•    Develop collaborative trade terms contracts linked to account strategic plans and marketplace/category and gender development
•    Lead and own a cross-functional team direction to enable a cohesive approach in driving a ‘one goal’ mindset 
•    Maintain strong End-2-End planning accuracy to support Under Armour’s in season and Long-Range Planning development 
•    Optimize and grow Managed Space opportunities across selected Wholesale partners 
•    Support the development of our DTC retail and Marketplace business across EMEA
•    Key contributor within EMEA commercial leadership structure
 

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

include but are not limited to the following:
•    People leadership skills, with demonstrated experience across a virtual organization of 40+ headcounts [direct accountability]
•    Be able to demonstrate solid Cross Functional department experience and leadership
•    Be an expert across the EMEA sporting goods industry – with a knowledge or existing relationship with key partners within each country [focus on UK, DE, ES, FR]
•    Solid understanding of Wholesale and Direct-To-Consumer business models and trends
•    Knowledge of Distributor Partner operating model
•    Superior presentation/computer skills
•    Fluent in business English [verbal and written], ideally conversational German, French and/or Spanish language skills in addition
 

Education And / Or Experience

•    University degree level education
•    Minimum of 13 years of sporting Industry experience within the EMEA region, with at least 10years experience ranging from Sr. Manager to Sr. Director level 
•    8+ years of management experience; including remote teams spread across multiple countries.
