Purpose of Role

Recruiting is at the heart of Under Armour’s success, and we’re looking for a passionate Recruiter to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind attracting top talent for our retail leadership positions like Store Manager and above, as well as key roles within Retail Operations at the corporate level.

You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with leaders to deliver innovative hiring strategies and ensure we bring in exceptional people who share our vision. This is your chance to influence the growth of a global brand while building strong relationships and shaping careers.

Your Impact

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process for a high volume of REQs from initiation to the employment offer, ensuring a smooth process for candidates & hiring managers throughout.
  • Source, engage and activate diverse, passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and alternative, unique search techniques.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge based on position requirements.
  • Interview candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities.
  • Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
  • Prepare candidates and set expectations appropriately for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business unit they’re interviewing with and job description details.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout their entire recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience on behalf of Under Armour.
  • Organize and act upon post-interview feedback to drive hiring decisions and provide appropriate and timely follow-up to candidates.
  • Advise hiring leaders and business partners on compensation structure for identified candidates.
  • Manage the offer process from start to finish including presenting the verbal and written offer to the candidate, highlighting Under Armour’s Benefits, and sharing onboarding information with the new teammate once they have accepted the offer.
  • Ensure that the hiring process and hiring managers comply with Under Armour policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and execute staffing strategies for New Store Openings in partnership with Retail HR and field leaders.
  • Assist in talent mapping & workforce planning projects for recurring and complex openings where talent gaps exist within the organization.
  • As a part of the Human Resources division at Under Armour, this role will work on new and existing Talent focused projects tied to how we attract, assess, and hire external teammates for leadership roles in the retail field.
  • Train and education store on recruitment processes, sourcing tactics and talent assessment to build a strong and engaged recruiting culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to perform full-life cycle recruiting on a variety of different types of roles & levels while managing competing priorities and recruitment related projects.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques, and the ability to use data to tell a story about results and impact.
  • Successful track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal business partners.
  • High competency with candidate sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology as required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including attention to producing high-quality results.
  • Ability to partner and influence Hiring Managers and HR Partners as a talent advisor.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to be trusted with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience working with current best practices and familiarity with industry trends in functional areas.
  • Ability to hold the line and manage various processes in a structured way. 

Workplace Location

  • Location: Amsterdam office.
  • Work Life Integration Designation: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.

Base Compensation

 €57,841.94-€72,302.42 EUR

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
