Purpose of Role

The Professional, DSF Family Channel - Americas will support marketing strategy and execution for wholesale 
accounts, with priority focus on department store and family footwear channels. This individual will adapt the 
strategies for these channels set by the Sr Manager, Sport Inspired/Sport Specialty Marketing – Americas. To 
support channel strategies, this individual will provide inputs for their accounts’ content needs through the GTM 
milestones that map to the regional strategy. It is essential that this role support growth of retail sales and brand consideration and affinity by executing consumer-focused marketing, tailored to their accounts.

Your Impact

• Build seasonal plans for family footwear channel that connect to regional strategies, drive priority product and stories, and drive sales in the Americas region 
• Support plans for department store and sport specialty accounts, partnering to execute key deliverables and campaigns as needed. 
• Work with regional cross functional partners (category/channel marketers, marketing operations, merchandising, visual, sales, etc.) to drive account priorities and flawless execution of account initiatives, with a focus on brand building and foundational commercial stories 
• Manage seasonal content and distribution to accounts as needed
• Input into channel brief development (account specific briefs) to support account level product and key stories in the Americas region, building on regional & Global category briefs where relevant 
• Deliver on key seasonal go-to-market deliverables including seasonal shoot planning, milestone plans, and brief inputs. 
• Build close partnerships with all cross functional teams related to their accounts
• Drive clear and concise communication to all cross functional partners
• Analyze media metrics and performance to provide reports and recommendations
• Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide updates and align on account priorities 
• Own account meetings and agendas based 
• Deliver against budget in tactics deployed, ensuring timely management and tracking of funding allocation and billing. 
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management

• This role does not have direct reports. However, to be more effective as a team this person will consistently 
consider ways of working and recommend improvements as appropriate.

Qualifications

This person should have experience in integrated marketing planning and execution of marketing initiatives and 
ideally experience working with wholesale retailers, and project management. This person must display the ability 
to drive brand equity and revenue through an understanding of product marketing, consumer segmentation and 
effective briefing, and must support evaluation of results to drive improvement each season. 


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• 2-3 Years of experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Schedule:This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week. 
  • Travel: 10%

Base Compensation

 

 $66,273.00 - $91,125.38 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
