Purpose of Role
The Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate plays a key role in delivering high-quality workplace environments that elevate the Under Armour teammate experience. This role manages small interior construction and renovation projects across our global footprint, ensuring each project reflects our brand, supports business needs, and strengthens how our teammates work, collaborate, and perform. The Project Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams, business units, external partners, and teammates across Corporate Real Estate to drive projects from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of progressive responsibility in real estate project delivery. They will bring strong organizational, financial, process, and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and with external partners to deliver projects that support Under Armour’s business strategy and culture.
Your Impact
• Project delivery leads the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple concurrent real estate projects across the global RE portfolio (Typically <$1M)
• Create detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans aligned with CRE standards and business requirements.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities with internal partners and external vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, risk tracking, decision logs, and status updates that support transparency and alignment.
• Ensure all project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are managed with discipline and urgency.
• Project Delivery Process Management: Define, implement, and continuously improve project delivery process.
• Establish and maintain a collaborative engagement model with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment across teams.
• Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, IT, AV, HR, Asset Protection, CRE, etc.) to align requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure business needs are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other services. Providers; ensure accountability for scope schedule, budget, and performance.
• Implement project management tools, reporting processes, and metrics to provide transparency and executive level visibility.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Navigate ambiguity, effectively leading projects in complex, evolving environments, making informed decisions and driving outcomes despite uncertainty or incomplete information.
• Knowledge of project delivery processes, (programming, design permitting, construction, closeout).
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; able to translate technical details into business insights and ability to communicate the complex simplistically.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and partners.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship building skills across functions, layers of the enterprise and geographies.
• Adaptability and global mindset to work across diverse teams and regions.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, within corporate real estate and workplace strategy .
• Experience managing international, cross functional project with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week

Base Compensation
$86,310.00-$107,888.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
