Purpose of Role
The Sr. Manager of Program Delivery will drive the successful delivery of real estate projects across Under Amour’s global corporate portfolio. This role is responsible for the E2E process from ask to occupancy including managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality of all projects. This individual will be ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders needs. While initially focused on corporate initiatives, the role will include the support program management for domestic and international retail store development as required.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager with progressive responsibility in real estate project delivery. They will bring strong organizational, financial, process, and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and with external partners to deliver projects that support Under Armour’s business strategy and culture.
Your Impact
- Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple concurrent real estate projects across the global RE portfolio
- Project Delivery Process Management: Define, implement, and continuously improve project delivery process.
- Engagement model leadership: Establish and maintain a collaborative engagement model with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment across teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, IT, AV, HR, UAP, CRE, etc.) to align requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure business needs are met.
- Partner/Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other service. Providers; ensure accountability for scope schedule, budget, and performance.
- Governance & Reporting: Implement project management tools, reporting processes, and metrics to provide transparency and executive level visibility.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls, while driving value and efficiency through the project lifecycle.
- Leadership and Influence: Contribute to ta high-performing team culture by collaborating effectively, mentoring junior teammates, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Navigate ambiguity, effectively leading projects in complex, evolving environments, making informed decisions and driving outcomes despite uncertainty or incomplete information.
- Knowledge of project delivery processes, (programming, design permitting, construction, closeout).
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; able to translate technical details into business insights and ability to communicate the complex simplistically.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and partners.
- Collaborate leadership style with strong relations building skills across functions, layers of the Enterprise and geographies.
- Adaptability and global mindset to work across diverse teams and regions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, preferably within corporate real estate, workplace strategy or retail development.
- Experience managing international, cross functional project with multiple stakeholders.
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification a plus.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD (HQ) office.
- Work Schedule: Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation
$138,961.60 - $191,072.20 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
