Position Summary

This role is to help support Project Management and operational marketing activities in the region. Responsibilities of this role are accomplished through cross-functional projects and process management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign Management
•    Help manage project-based agency relationships (internal & external partners) including, schedule management, and approvals  
•    Partner with global agency procurement on research and analysis of agency performance, and partner with Procurement on cost
•    Partners with America’s marketing channel teams to ensure appropriate delivery of detailed needs from category & revenue marketing into tactical briefs (instore, digital, consumer engagement, sports/influencers, etc)
•    Help coordinate and project manage sample process and readiness of production needs for a campaign shoot

Americas Marketing Translations

•    Responsible for leading operational process and management of all French-Canadian translations in the Americas region (with the potential to add on LATAM)
•    Responsible for leading regional localization execution of all marketing materials required for French Canada 
•    Responsible to work with cross-functional partners such as Canada Marketing, DTC/Ecomm Site, and Performance Marketing teams to outline all French-Canadian translation needs per season
•    Responsible to lead cross-functional meetings with all key internal stakeholders including project status updates, budget tracking, timelines, and more
•    Responsible to lead cross-functional meetings with key external stakeholders such as global translation agency partners
•    Build budget recommendations necessary for the execution of French-Canadian translations with Finance 
•    Manage full-year French-Canadian translation budgets in $CAD and $USD currencies including BPO setup, budget tracking, and management with internal and external teams
•    External agency management of global translation agency partners including but not limited to operational process, ways of working, project/task execution, timelines, and more 
•    French Canadian Linguist Resource management (contract linguist to support brand and channel marketing teams) including contractor onboarding, ways of working/workflow, projects/tasks, weekly hours, invoices, vendor payments and more
•    Support Global to Region process optimization and provide solutions that will help improve process execution in the Americas Region 

Americas Marketing Samples

•    Responsible for leading operational process and management of all Americas Marketing SMS needs once they arrive at HQ.
•    Responsible to work with AMRs GTM team to understand key timelines/deadlines, and key regional stories tied to SMS order needs 
•    Responsible for creating seasonal tracking documents for all SMS 
•    Responsible for receiving and organizing all SMS as they arrive at HQ
•    Responsible for disposal of all samples (organizing a team, giving back, etc) after samples are no longer needed
•    Support channel and category managers with SMS needs
•    Support channel and category manager with shipping and packing for season shoot needs.

Education And / Or Experience

•    5+ years of professional work experience preferably in a Project Management or Project Coordination capacity
•    Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 
 

Other Requirements

•    Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD. 
•    Return To Work Designation: 2 days a week in-office, the remainder of the work week remote. 
•    Travel: 5-10% of the year
