Purpose of Role

The Intern, HR Business Partners will be part of the SAPAC HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations and administering various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations in Thailand.

 

We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a full-time 6-month internship. 

Your Impact

  • Work closely with HRBPs to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to HR Director/General Manager and HRBPs, including creating and maintaining organizational charts, scheduling, coordinating and preparing for key meetings.
  • Support both retail and corporate employee life cycles
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Gather documentation for termination and resignation cases and ensure that all documentation is processed in a timely manner
  • Assist with onboarding of new teammates in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Schedule/conduct exit interviews and analyze data to make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Oversee and manage all teammates' engagement activities and recognition programs for retention.
  • Promote and establish a positive teammate experience; drive the UA culture through all levels of the business unit
  • Office management duties as required

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in Human Resources is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Takes initiative and is able to work independently
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
