Purpose of Role

The Human Resources Intern will be part of the SAPAC HR team to support the day-to-day operation and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations in Thailand.

We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.

Areas of Learning & Responsibilities

• Work closely with HRBPs to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations
• Support administrative tasks and preparing paperwork relating to the employee lifecycle processes (offers of employment, on-boarding, joiners, leavers, staff changes, paternity leave, maternity leave, secondment, sick leave, and other absences, change in job/status, etc.)
• Gather documentation for terminations and resignations and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing.
• Assist with onboarding of new teammates in partnership with the Recruiter, Onboarding team, and Hiring Manager
• Oversee & manage all teammates' engagement activities and recognition programs for retention.
• Support both retail and corporate employee life cycle.
• Responsible for HR department including support Administration of HR
• Maintain and update data on system including filling employee data.
• Assist with the implementation of policies, rules & regulations, requirements by law.
• Provide administrative support as needed to HRBPs.

• Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support employee life cycle
• How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences

Who are we looking for?

• Strong interest in Human Resources is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
• Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
• Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization.
• Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills

• Location: 989 Siam Piwat Tower Room A2 Floor 7th Rama 1 Road Bangkok 10330, Thailand
• Return To Work Designation: Hybrid work arrangement permits working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility subject to company requirements.
