Purpose of Role

The scope of this is focusing on our Benelux wholesale partners that includes Key Accounts, Buying Groups, Specialty and Field accounts. This will include ownership in account management, review and action on Sell Out data, drive new business and drive the expansion of our categories in line with the UA EMEA strategy within our Key partners.

Provides own insights and present/implement product execution focus through key performance indicators - in line with the evolving market trends and competitor insights - for the achievement of the targets in both customer segment and by product category. 

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Identifies & delivers consumer led opportunities to achieve growth, premiumization, distribution, or product categories with existing accounts.

Supports on the go-to-market (GTM) process and preparation of seasonal touchpoints with the accounts (Prelines, Sell-ins…) to ensure the premium execution and management of these meetings.

Coordinates and involves key stakeholders (internally & externally), including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
 

Your Impact

  • Analyze the market within the Benelux region looking to key aspects of benchmarks and new business opportunities in line with the UA strategy
  • Connect/work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as marketing, customer service & logistics.
  • Support brand premiumization and assortment rational and analytics across specific accounts segmentations
     

Qualifications

  • A good understanding on Wholesale …. Sales, , Product, Customer Service.
  • Proven methodological skills … business planning, strategic development
  • Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills with an analytical mind coupled with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & demonstrable track record of good relationship building
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as marketing, customer service & logistics.

Education and Experience:

  • Student of (sports) business studies, data analytics, consumer/market dynamics, marketing, merchandising or similar
  • Preferred language; Dutch (native) & English
