Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern that is interested in exploring into logistics function industry. He or she will be assisting and supporting the Supply Chain team in daily operations, collecting and analyzing data. In the end of the period, the individual should be able to understand the whole logistics operations.

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Intern (6-month internship), you’ll have the opportunity to work on the end-to-end supply chain process, gaining hands-on experience in:

1. Importing Goods
2. Warehouse Management
3. Outbound/Delivery

The intern can expect to:

• Assist/support daily supply chain operations tasks.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Generate process and procedure documents for supply chain functions (e.g., order creation, importation, delivery orders, consignment notes, etc.).
• Collect, analyze, and manage data; create spreadsheets using Excel.
• File invoices for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to resolve data discrepancies.
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate business student or Logistics related field preferred.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Solid analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Competent with using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Full-Time Intern Preferred (5-day Work Week)

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Kuala Lumpur office. (Level 33, Menara AIA Sentral No. 30, Jalan Sultan Ismail 50250 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia)
• Working Hours: Monday to Fridays 9am – 6pm
• Return to Work Designation: 3 days work in office, 2 days work-from-home
