Purpose of Role

The Wholesale Rookie will play a key role in supporting the Wholesale team in executing sales processes. They will be exposed to inventory and sample storage tracking management as well as cross-functional collobaration with various teams including Supply Chain. 

 

Your Impact

  • Work with Country Wholesale team on sales processes such as issuing CN and PO for 15 key accounts
  • Provide VM, wholesale and project management updates, analytical support, reporting and research
  • Provide wholesale corporate administrative support to Wholesale team and Commercial Director.
  • Support on corporate deals, such as sharing inventory buffer to all corporate customers and maintaining corporate catalogue
  • Support on sample tracking and sample storage tracking management
  • Gather documentation on defective stocks collection
  • Run images for Wholesale team for additional business
  • Oversee and work with Supply Chain on stocks RTV from Wholesale 
  • Cold calling and following up with potential customers
  • Create expenses tracking reports

Qualifications

  • Some knowledge of sales processes including sales management, communication, negotiation
  • Able to work with others to maintain and build cross-functional (internal and external) relationships
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, proficiency with excel skill
  • Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Good communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, strong multi-tasking ability and detail-oriented
