Purpose of Role

The Professional, Logistics Operations ensures accurate inventory management and efficient outbound operations to meet wholesale and retail delivery expectations. Acting as the key liaison with 3PL partners, it drives cost optimization and operational excellence through inventory control, shipment coordination, and performance analysis. The position blends hands-on execution with stakeholder management to deliver timely, compliant, and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Your Impact

  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory location accuracy
    • Perform inventory movements and adjustments
    • Spearhead the annual 3PL warehouse stock take
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage 3PL partners for truck distribution and arrangement
    • Handle inquiries related to wholesale and retail shipments
    • Manage wholesale and retail delivery expectations
  • Operations
    • Handle outbound shipments and deliveries
    • Process sales orders for wholesale accounts
    • Ensure delivery orders and invoices are provided to customers prior to delivery
    • Manage reverse logistics, including issuance of CN
    • Create inventory journals for marketing seeding and wholesale sample products
    • Check and file invoices on a monthly basis
  • Cost Optimization
    • Conduct analysis to evaluate performance based on quality standards, delivery times, and freight charges
    • Conduct analysis on outbound carton volumes to achieve logistics cost-effectiveness
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a warehousing or supply-chain-related role.
  • Solid analytical skills and a collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
