Position Summary

We are looking for a person that fits in our motivated and dynamic sales team. Your responsibility will be to serve and develop our Top Buying Group customers in France. We are looking for a person with a strong sales experience, preferably in the sport industry within the Buying Groups (Intersport & Sport 2000). You are open minded, self-motivated and a team player. You are comfortable using digital sales tools to connect and communicate. You want to be part of the UA development in France.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

May include the following. Other duties may also be assigned:
•    Understand Under Armour overall - business unit and category objectives and strategies
•    Understand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policy
•    Identify customer objectives and strategies on category level
•    Build relationships and deliver first class service level towards the accounts
•    Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs and through virtual sell in meetings
•    Develop assortment proposals to deliver against the distribution objectives/development of destination categories
•    Ensure excellent instore implementation of assortments 
•    Analyze customer shipment development and sell through data to improve mutual business results throughout the season and coordinate replenishment
•    Pro-actively communicate business results to line manager and overcome barriers to achieve objectives
•    Define areas of opportunity/co-operation within a business unit/category
•    Responsible for order/entry of customer orders
•    Work closely together with local Customer Service to ensure delivery of ordered products
•    Excellent order management resulting in 100% delivery of the targets
•    Establish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions
•    Follow company policies and procedures
•    Perform other duties as assigned
•    Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations

•    High affinity towards new digital sales tools 

•    Fluent in French 
•    Very good communication skills in English

Education And / Or Experience

•    Educated to master’s degree level is preferred – minimum a bachelor’s degree is required
•    Minimum of 3 years of sales experience 

Other Requirements

•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•    Open to travel (about 30% of the time)
•    Comfortable to work from home
