Position Summary

The Senior Professional, DTC Marketing Analytics is responsible for supporting the Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Team in promoting the Under Armour brand across our DTC channels (Brand Store, Factory House and Ecommerce) through data driven insights, recommendations and reporting. This role will focus on DTC customer insights, marketing promotion analysis and onsite/instore marketing creative testing.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gathering information and examining trends to help develop successful DTC marketing plans
  • Analyze DTC consumer data to provide a consistent view of our consumers and their purchasing habbits across DTC channels
  • Analyze marketing promotion data to assess the success of our different promotions across DTC channels
  • Lead onsite and instore creative content testing
  • Channel activation and impact measurement
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail, Ecommerece, Finance, Marketing and Global teams to better drive and inform DTC marketing
  • Make insights driven recommendations on improving marketing performance
  • Partner with Analytic teams around the company to improve data sourcing and share best in class practices
  • Participate in all financial planning routines and partner with Marketing finance.  
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboard & presentations on marketing performance, customer trends, market trends, and competitive activities and communicate the results of analysis in a clear and effective manner 
  • Prepare Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on all of the aforementioned activities and their results

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Ability to organize data, unearth insights and turn them into best practices
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) highly preferred
  • SQL proficiency required
  • Experience in Tableau visualization
  • Ability to think consumer-first, distill insights and drive relevant strategies that drive the DTC business
  • Detail oriented, strategic thinker that focuses on the bigger picture
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Autonomous, self-starter, and entrepreneurial 

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 Years' Experience
