Position Summary

As Lead, Commercial Digital Transformation and part of the Global Commercial Optimization Team you will be the key regional contact for the Digital Transformation of Under Armour’s commercial touchpoints, as well as the owner of the new digital showrooms in region. You will set regional best practice in the implementation of the new holistic Under Armour global sell-in experience merging digital and analog elements along the Go-to-market (GTM) process for APAC. You will champion the success within APAC of the adoption of virtual technology to support Under Armour's GTM process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Champion the implementation of the revolutionary digital sell-in process for APAC serving as the in region key point of contact. Ensure coordination between cross-functional teams within region during GTM process as it pertains to virtual technology.
  • Ensure sustainable implementation of new digital sell-in process via change management and training approach, owning the delivery of trainings to the APAC teams.
  • Tailor digital tools and spaces for the regional variances ensuring Under Armour delivers a consistent global message adapted for regional touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the preparation and readiness of the virtual technology and users for all steps in the GTM process for APAC
  • Own the content creation process for the digital spaces, taking into account the regional requirements
  • Serve as virtual technology ambassador for all steps in the GTM process for APAC internal, account facing and external (press/PR).

Responsible for the regional digital showrooms in Shanghai, Seoul, and South APAC, ensuring all are up and running and managing communication with regional account teams, as well as external tech solutions provider

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • 3+ years' work experience in Sales (ideally in the Sporting Goods/Fashion industry).
  • Commercial experience preferred.
  • Digital Transformation experience preferred.
  • Management Consultant experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented with exemplary analytical and organizational skills and a passion for details
  •  “Start-up” mindset: flexible, self-motivated and driven
  • Comfortable working with teammates at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment

Education And / Or Experience

  • 3+ years' work experience in Sales, Strategy or Digital Transformation (ideally in the Sporting Goods/Fashion/Consumer Goods industry).

Location: Shanghai, CN


Return To Work Designation: 2-3 days per week

Travel:  10-20% of the year
