Purpose of Role
Your Impact
- 负责抖音电商渠道整体投放计划制定，根据店铺大促和日常规划，合理分配预算；
- 负责监控和分析投放的效果数据，围绕数据分析持续优化和调整投放方案，提高投资回报率；
- 规划广告创意，优化广告素材，对投放效果进行数据跟踪及效果分析，并迅速做出优化方向调整；
- 负责公司效果投放投入产出比ROI能达到标准，完成公司的营收目标；
- 搜集并整理竞品的成功投放案例，寻找第三方公司或者后台数据监测工具，拿到相应的投放数据／销量情况，分析并归纳其投放成功的规律 ；
- 根据市场案例，制定或调整本品牌在抖音效果广告的投放计划，以达到理想ROI ；
- 根据设定好的方案，分工并与团队成员协同开始相应的工作（例如文案调整、落地页设计、视频剪辑）；
- 投放后进行数据监测和分析，及时和团队复盘 。
Qualifications
- 具备完善的投放逻辑和优化方法论，对数据敏感，具备媒介各平台价值分析能力及效果评估能力
- 市场洞察力、信息收集能力、学习能力强；
- 沟通表达能力强、跨部门协调能力强 ；
- 沟通谈判能力强、关系维护能力强；
- 懂营销和内容，能把控营销投放素材；
- 推演能力强、深度思考能力强、逻辑思维缜密；
- 有项目进度管理技巧、数据总结归纳能力、复盘技巧 ；
- 热爱运动户外行业，熟悉中国运动户外市场环境。
- 本科及以上教育背景
- 电商平台投放4年及以上经验，其中至少2年抖音平台经验；

$159,996.00 - $219,994.50 CNY
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
