Purpose of Role
The Manager, Account Services, is responsible for delivering exceptional service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through seamless order-to-cash execution for subsidiaries and distributor partners across the APAC region.
Acting as the key link between Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and 3PL partners, this role ensures subsidiaries’ and distributors’ needs are met with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The position blends hands-on execution with strategic process improvement, leveraging analytics and collaboration to enhance service models, reduce costs, and improve distributor relationships.
Your Impact
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Manage the complete order-to-cash process for South APAC subsidiaries and distributor accounts, ensuring on-time, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Lead seasonal order bank planning, entry, tracking, and reconciliation; proactively manage changes.
- Coordinate shipping targets with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to meet service goals.
- Support special product needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order inquiries and escalations.
Account Services & Distributor Engagement
- Build strong distributor relationships by understanding their operational needs and aligning service delivery accordingly.
- Partner with Sales to drive customer experience improvements and identify growth opportunities.
Compliance & Profitability
- Ensure all distributor shipments meet compliance standards for labeling, packaging, documentation, and value-added services.
- Monitor performance scorecards and implement corrective actions with vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–10+ years of experience in account services, order management, sales operations, or supply chain.
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in managing distributor relationships, 3PL partners, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred.
