Position Summary

We are searching for a Lead, Commercial Digital Transformation to focus on and elevate UA’s Digital Go-To-Market Transformation.  As Lead, Commercial Digital Transformation you will help manage the implementation of the new holistic Under Armour global sell-in experience merging digital and physical elements along the Go-to-market (GTM) process. Your responsibility is to own the development of Under Armour’s Digital Sell-In Tools, aligning global and regional requirements. By doing this you will champion the successful adoption and change management of virtual technology across the Enterprise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Business Process Owner for Under Armour's Digital Sell-In Tools. This includes managing the relationship with vendors, aligning requests between Global functions and our 3 Regions, coordinating tool enhancements, maintaining + supporting tools, conducting user trainings, and driving for full value potential for digital sell-in tools.
  • Ownership of the continual learning program for Digital Showrooms, our Digital Sell-In Tools, and Digital Selling Best Practices. This includes standing up a formalized process, creating training content, maintaining the process and content, and communication to Global teammates.
  • Serve as virtual technology ambassador for Regional + Global teammates. This includes being a resource for questions and collaborating with teammates championing the in-region implementation to ensure a successful and aligned global Under Armour sell-in process and experience.
  • Champion the Global content created for the Flagship Digital Showrooms. This includes identifying content needs, content creation, organization, communication, and maintenance.
  • Track value, adoption, and usage of Digital Showrooms, Digital Sell-In Tools, and Digital Selling across the Enterprise. Identify and document best practices, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Champion the creation and maintenance of a Digital Selling resource hub for Global teammates. This will serve as the source of truth on Digital Selling for the Enterprise and include documentation on digital selling workflows + resources, resources for the Digital Sell-In Tools, FAQ, etc.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Change management experience
  • Content creation experience (ex: Marketing, Events, Trainings)
  • Digital Transformation experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ work experience in a high-growth dynamic operating environment 
  • Experience in the Footwear/Apparel industry in Sales or Operations role preferred
  • Digital Transformation or Change Management experience preferred
  • Results-oriented with exemplary analytical and organizational skills and a passion for details
  •  “Start-up” mindset: flexible, self-motivated and driven
  • Comfortable working with teammates at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
