Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Global Web Content Coordinator. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who is obsessed with athletes, attitude, authenticity, and all things digital. The Sr. Global Web Content Coordinator we seek will be driven and unrelenting in the face of the challenges that balancing big projects and tight deadlines bring. They are well-organized and a strategic thinker, with enthusiasm for owning and driving numerous projects simultaneously. They understand the technical details of content management tools and help to define and continuously improve processes around them. They are able to dig into the details of our day-to-day while remaining customer focused and able to see the big picture in all that we deliver. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage CMS module creation and asset management
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams and product management on layouts, wireframes, customer experience journeys, content placement, modules, and navigation
- Partner with internal creative resources to develop compelling content
- Own process of updating site and module content from delivery of creative briefs, to CMS, and QA
- Work with business partners on campaign and product review process
- Help define required analytics and tagging to support content, module, and digital tool usage and analysis
- Campaign set up and deployment
- SEO best practices
- Create supporting educational materials for supporting systems and seasonal content building
- Collaborate with content teammates in North America, APAC, LATAM & EMEA on seasonal content process improvements, needs, and requests
Education and/or Experience:
- 3+ years working experience in developing consumer-facing interactive content
- BA Marketing with online marketing experience
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development team
- A smart and organized problem-solver that can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations while simultaneously driving multiple complex projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in business process optimization.
- Experience working on geographically dispersed and/or global teams
- Additional Technical Skills a plus: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, WordPress
