At Under Armour, we see it as not just beneficial but necessary to have an inclusive culture. Because differences in our backgrounds, lives, experiences, skill levels, and more only make our team stronger.

Growing our environment of diversity, inclusion and mutual respect for all teammates comes to life through our corporate Culture Clubs. Accessible to all teammates around the globe, each of our Clubs focuses on supporting the many unique groups within Under Armour. Below is an overview of some of the Culture Clubs, but our list is always growing.

  • Green Machine – Foster sustainability-related innovation by serving as a space for generating new ideas, refining and reviewing existing ones, creating support for them and driving implementation of them.

  • Parents for Professional Growth (PPG) – Provide support, information, and networking opportunities for working parents at Under Armour, and advocate for the policies, resources, and fair treatment that encourages their career advancement. PPG strives to be a resource to help recruit, develop, and retain employees.

  • Unified – Establish Under Armour as an unquestionably safe, friendly and empowering workplace for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning (LGBTQ). To emphasize the inclusiveness of Under Armour's value to stand for equality in order to build credibility with the LGBTQ athlete.

  • L.E.A.D. (Leading and Empowering Asian Development) – Create a platform to share knowledge and promote a cross cultural awareness that encourages an internally diverse culture and a deeper understanding of the consumer. We will do this by encouraging diversity and enhancing Under Armour's cultural understanding, with a specific focus on the South Asia region.

  • B.E.A.T (Black Employees Achieving Together) – Cultivate a communal atmosphere designed to create and maintain professional growth opportunities for Black teammates at Under Armour. Through career, community and consumer focused initiatives, UA B.E.A.T. WILL incorporate the passion and tenacity of the brand to help make our teammates, community and athletes better.

  • W.I.L.L (Women Inspiring Leading Living) – Empower and enable ALL Under Armour women to inspire, lead, and live to achieve their highest potential.

    • Inspire - Act with Respect for All and Open Minds to New Ideas.
    • Lead - Think Like Women of the Future and Cultivate Opportunities.
    • Live - Create Personal Growth and Perform Acts of Kindness within the Community.
  • UA Military Veterans Club – Connects military veterans across the organization to provide mentorship to new teammate veterans, increase participation in philanthropic service, and guide the development of military-themed UA products. This voluntary group has three main focuses:

    • Connect military veterans across the Under Armour organization through mentorship, social events, and more.
    • Guide the development of military-themed Under Armour products.
    • Give back to the veteran community by increasing participation in philanthropic services and programs.
  • Latino Alliance – MISSION: UALA’s goal is to create an inclusive environment in which Latinos can flourish internally while helping Under Armour effectively engage our communities externally.
