The Rookie Program

Do you have what it takes to make an impact?!  Join the Under Armour Rookie (internship) Program: 

  • Start date 2nd of September ‘24 until 31st of January ‘25

 

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be: 

  •     Enrolled in a study for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands.

Alongside this project, you'll work closely with a mentor and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable global exposure and collaborating with talented professionals from across the company. With access to executive Q&A sessions and personalized guidance from our talent advisors, you'll be well-equipped to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Our internship program is designed to provide a holistic understanding of the Under Armour brand. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Your Impact

  • Run key meetings  for the  EMEA Athlete Marketing plan for our EMEA Roster including Elite athletes, Train, Teamsports and Run Ambassadors, Trainers, Gym network.
  • Collect feedback from key shakeholders using analytics measurement tools and campaign reports and establish key target metrics and ways of measuring success
  • Connect cross functionally, outline gates, dates and key cross functional deliverables across GTM process
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Evergreen Athlete Content Pages (creation and refresh of existing campaigns) on Ecom
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to synthesize market and consumer needs and support the cross-functional marketing team prioritize the Athlete Marketing activation plan
     

Qualifications

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about youth sports culture and understands the nuances of Teamsports specifically Football, within the city, including the people & energy points that are creating the culture
  • Understands and is immersed in sport, training, and the 24/7 lifestyle of Teamsports athlete
  • Curious and creative by nature, always looking for opportunities to develop a strategic, creative idea that can create excitement for a consumer and our athletes
  • Agile-minded, multitasking skills, ready to learn, strong communicator and eager to contribute to the team success
  • Enjoys problem-solving on the fly and a willingness to think about “why” to build consumer centric strategies
  • Rookie should also be well-organized, fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for the Under Armour brand and sports in general

Education and Experience

Student of Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent within Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree program
