The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.

As a Benelux Commercial Rookie:

As a Rookie within the Under Armour Benelux Sales Team, based at our Amsterdam EMEA HQ, you’ll play an active role in supporting and growing our wholesale business across the region. We’re looking for a proactive team player who is excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute to building strong partnerships with our retail accounts.

In this role, you’ll help drive sales across our key categories: Training, Sportswear, Football, and Running, while gaining hands-on experience in how a global brand brings its products to market. You’ll be involved in preparing and supporting key seasonal moments, including sell-ins and account meetings in our showroom, ensuring a premium brand experience for our partners. Along the way, you’ll develop a strong understanding of our product range and how we translate brand stories into commercial success. 

Your Impact

You’ll be an important part of the Benelux Wholesale team, working closely with the Wholesale Manager and collaborating with a small, driven team of sales professionals. This role offers exposure to multiple 
areas of the business, giving you the opportunity to learn how different functions come together to deliver results. 

What you’ll do: 
• Build and maintain relationships with our Benelux wholesale partners  
• Support the preparation and execution of Go-To-Market activities, including sell-ins, account meetings, and trade fairs  
• Bring Under Armour’s product stories to life for our partners and help drive in-season reorders  
• Assist with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Account Service, Operations, and Finance

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities:

• Eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a team environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across different teams  
• A positive, humble attitude combined with a hunger to learn and grow
• A strong interest in sales and building relationships  
• Sufficient Excel skills  
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly  

Education and Experience: 

• Commercial (sports) marketing & sales business studies (bachelor or University degree)
• Required language; Dutch (native) and/or English

• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
