We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.  

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.

Throughout the internship, you will gain a holistic understanding of how a global sports brand operates, combining business exposure, structured learning, and real‑world application:

Are You The Next Rookie?

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn

As a Go-To-Market Rookie:

You will support the execution of key Go-to-Market activities, including Summit planning, showroom and sell-in preparation, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.

Your Impact

•  Enables efficient execution of GTM tools, Summit planning, and showroom/sell-in readiness 
•  Ensures accuracy, organization, and timely delivery across deliverables 
•  Provides additional capacity for coordination, updates, and operational tasks 
•  Supports sample management and storage organization, ensuring product readiness 
•  Maintains content and tools across platforms, improving accessibility and consistency 

Qualifications

•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 
•  High attention to detail and accuracy across data, tools, and coordination tasks 
•  Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders 
•  Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and problem-solve 
•  Ability to manage and track timelines, deliverables, and project updates 
•  Interest in event planning, showroom execution, and commercial environments 
•  Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (data organization, trackers, presentations) 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
