The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie?
- Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
- Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands
- Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum

Your Impact
STRATEGIC PROJECT:
Project: Retail Development Transformation Program
Deliverables:
· Support the development and maintenance of a centralized "One Source of Truth" for Retail Development projects across EMEA.
· Consolidate project and governance information into standardized modes of reporting.
· Map and document key Retail Development processes, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, data quality, and efficiency.
· Develop and maintain templates, trackers, reporting tools, and project documentation to support consistent execution across projects.
· Collect stakeholder feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Retail Development function.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance and accuracy of project tracking tools for New Store Openings (NSOs), refits, relocations, and pop-up stores.
Assist with CAPEX tracking and reporting by consolidating project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and actual costs into standardized reports.
Support the management of the centralized information tools.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for decision making reviews
Analyze project data and identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
Assist in monitoring key project milestones and ensuring project information remains current, complete, and accessible to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Retail Development, Finance, Operations, Design, and external partners to improve data quality and project visibility.
YOUR IMPACT
The Retail Development Rookie supports the continuous improvement of Under Armour's Retail Development function by helping create transparency, consistency, and data-driven decision making across store projects.
By improving project reporting, CAPEX visibility, documentation management, and standardized tracking tools, this role helps establish a scalable operating model that enables teams to focus on delivering successful store openings and refurbishment projects while reducing administrative inefficiencies and information gaps.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Student of Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
· Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
· Interest in retail, project management, business processes, reporting, and continuous improvement.
· Comfortable working with data, dashboards, budgets, and project tracking tools.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
