The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie?

  • Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
  • Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands
  • Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum

As a Supply Chain Rookie:

You will be part of the Customer Compliance & Sustainability Team within our Supply Chain. Your mission is to support the team in driving clarity, transparency and process excellence across Quality Cases and EOL (end of life stock) operations. You will help build standardized, automated and insight-driven processes that enhance end to end quality handling and shorten resolution times. Through developing automated insights and reporting, you will support forecasting needs and enhance overall E2E operational visibility.

Your Impact

•    Bringing clarity to end of life (EOL) inventory, aligning stakeholders on required material movements and timelines to ensure smooth execution and minimize excess stock.
•    Creating transparency on volumes, costs, and material flows, enabling more accurate Cost of Goods calculations and supporting informed long term business and capacity planning.
•    Establishing standardized quality process flows, by working on existing Quality Inbox cases as a reference model to improve consistency, efficiency, and cross functional collaboration in quality handling.
•    Developing cost versus chargeback reporting, providing visibility into financial impacts of quality issues 
•    Implementing automated monthly quality reporting covering key metrics such as resolution timing, root causes, costs, and chargebacks to enhance operational visibility and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

•    You are a enrolled in a Dutch University and studying in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ Business Engineering/ Business Process Management/ Quality Management or similar
•    Strong willingness to independently learn and deepen expertise in Smartsheet, applying new functionalities to support reporting, workflow management, and automation.
•    Understanding of process flows and ability to document and standardize workflows
•    Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools 
•    Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/FMS preferred) and reporting tools such as Tableau is a plus
•    Self motivation and initiative – willingness to take ownership of tasks, learn independently, and proactively improve processes 
•    Analytical thinking – ability to structure problems, identify root causes, and draw insights from data

  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
