Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Lead Omni Marketing Projects to join the EMEA Omni Marketing team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The position reports directly to the Sr. Manager Omni Marketing for EMEA. This role is focused on translation of UA brand- and commercial needs into seasonal and season-agnostic retail and digital content and 3D executions. 

Your Impact

Responsible for managing process, ways of working and output  of omni projects:
•    Lead the seasonal omni campaign- and project planning:
o    Create briefs and coordinate creation for seasonal and campaign-agnostic activations (stand-alone or omni collab) for campaigns, promotions & AMP momentums
o    Agency coordination: sourcing, briefing & review, manage overall delivery planning
o    Collaborate with category marketing, marketing ops and channels for overall omni deliverables 
o    Planning, creation and delivery of these assets in styleguides and directives


•    Lead seasonal content projects:
o    Lead creation of EMEA lower funnel content needs (DTC, WHS and tiered) digital & instore, including post-production & distribution in collaboration with Global & regional stakeholders
    Pre-production: planning – responsible for timelines, briefing, sample ownership, cost management (budget ownership), internal and external collaboration and communication (channel briefers, UA stakeholders, production teams)
    Post-production: generation – responsible for briefing, cost management (budget ownership), and coordinating agencies for stills and motion content, planning and delivery
o    Work closely with channel leads and marketing ops (creative ops) to ensure aligned and optimal processes
o    Planning, creation and delivery of these assets in EMEA seasonal Retail and Digital Directives for DTC & WHS spaces: styleguide creation & file delivery


•    Coordination of omni needs in the GTM process:
o    Coordinate calendars & cross-functional input to translate into seasonal deliverables
o    Work cross-functionally with merch/VM and category to ensure on-brand and commercial capture of seasonal products and stories


•    Operational excellence and strategic mindset:
o    Ensure concise briefs and timely deliverables
o    Stakeholder management (coordinate budgets and expectation management, present to MLT) 
o    Influence process and drive improvements for omni projects and cross-functional ways of working

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
•    +6 years of experience in retail (this is pivotal for the role); brand, marketing, or production (preferably within Europe across sports and/or lifestyle brand), or equivalent combination of education and related experience
•    Experience working for a global brand with a strong, premium, and distinct culture is preferred
•    Understanding of development and trends in digital, retail & brand marketing and can translate this to UA direction- and execution development
•    Vast understanding of EMEA Retail environments: how digital and retail customers like to buy, the purpose of store and online and understanding of competitor landscape
•    Expert communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Experience with time- and budget management 
•    Strong organizational skills to manage planning across multiple teams and sales markets
•    Good analytical skills to be able to measure performance; strong in decision making
•    Must be self-motivated, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
•    Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office. 
  • Return To Work Designation: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week  
  • Travel: 5-10% of the year, infrequent

Base Compensation

 €69,509.10-€86,886.37 EUR

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
