Purpose of Role
Responsible for driving sales excellence across the region by streamlining communication and optimizing sales process. This includes acting as a cross functional gate keeper for review and sign off processes, owning key milestones within the commercial operating rhythm and supporting the sales team with tools and resources.
Your Impact
- Act as a gate keeper for the cross functional approval process for segmentation and protected product access. Managing systematic requests, masterdata data and XF visibility for updating B2B systems, working closely with sales, merchandising and business systems
- Supporting in managing key milestones within the sales calendar, updating templates and managing timelines within the operating rhythm
- Supporting the sales team and GTM team during seasonal sell in ; Including managing the online booking system and calendar, outlining booking priority, superuser for showroom sell in presentations and on hand support to the sales team during the sell in period
- Own DPC for the region consolidating images and PDP details for the sales and distributor team
- Manage the seasonal sample budget process. Tracking all sample orders against the P&L with support from finance and keeping the sales team informed on key orders dates. Working closely with the merchandising ops team on the smooth running of the process. Creating seasonal overviews for sn.managment on the budget tracking and KPIs
- Commercial point of contact for masterdata changes acting as a link between the commercial, systems and XF team to ensure system data is correct and manage changes cross functionally including visibility across teams and setting out timeframes
- Identify and lead process improvements across sales. Setting out any project timelines, changes needed and communication within the organization
- Managing the sales sharepoint hub with key information and resources for the sales team
- Sales superuser and point of contact across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Master’s degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
- Knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Attentional to detail
- Project Management and able to work cross functionally
- Self-starter
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set priorities and work effectively under pressure of time
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
- Travel: 5-10% of the year
