Purpose of Role
The Professional, EMEA DTC Operations (OPS) role ensures we deliver best-in-class service across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, elevates customer experience, and secures long-term profitable growth.
As part of the EMEA Supply Chain organization, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support eCommerce, Marketplace, and Retail. You drive a seamless fulfillment journey to meet service agreements for orders to end customers, accounts, and stores, while actively contributing to initiatives that improve service performance. You analyze data to identify process improvements and root causes, propose and implement solutions, generate reports to inform decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Your Impact
- You monitor outstanding orders across the three DTC channels and proactively address processing and delivery issues to meet customer expectations while minimizing logistics costs.
- You serve as the DTC OPS subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues, execute immediate follow-up actions, and propose process improvements that drive sustainable, automated outcomes.
- You identify outliers and risks, propose solutions, and escalate effectively when needed.
- You communicate the state of the business for eCommerce and Marketplace outstanding orders, including during peak periods such as Cyber Week, End of Season Sale, and Mid-Season Sale, providing clear updates and insights to Supply Chain and DTC teams.
- You drive Retail fulfillment execution in close collaboration with DH partners, Retail OPS, and Retail Allocations. You support owned and operated (O&O) Brand Houses and Factory Houses in EMEA to deliver premium customer service.
- You collect forecast inputs from Planning and Allocation partners, update the outbound planning overview to ensure sufficient Distribution & Logistics capacity, and analyze data to challenge assumptions where needed.
- You support the Manager, DTC OPS with ad hoc requests such as benchmarking, reporting, and operational activities, and you step in as backup during periods of absence
- Occasional support in testing activities (e.g., new carrier implementation, service enhancement) and demand submission for IT and external partners that allows Supply Chain to elevate experience and comply with requirements.
- You manage the Retail floor set change flow and capacity planning.
- Be a key player in onboarding new Marketplace partners by supporting in design of supply chain network and system transactional flow, and onboarding of unified performance measures.
- Have a direct impact on consumer facing parts of the Supply Chain starting from checkout and online help pages to delivery summaries and more.
- You coordinate the activities from our consignment partners about outbound shipments to their fulfillment centers, as well as the returns to our warehouse. You work closely with Inventory & Allocations, the account and DtC to avoid stock discrepancies, remain compliant and meet external & internal expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply Chain teams, DtC Digital Products, Retail Allocation, Retail Operations, Planning, and external partners, including third-party warehouse operators.
- Drive immediate action and escalate issues to the Lead DtC Operations and operational counterparts to resolve network or system outages and errors that impact customer experience or operational performance.
- Apply a commercial and process-driven mindset to understand broader business priorities and needs. Translate commercial strategy into operating models and scalable (digital) supply chain solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with MS Office (including advanced Excel skills) and SAP (preferably FMS).
- Have an Enterprise mind set with a strong interest in Retail and Digital supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Think critically and solve problems efficiently; identify issues and resolve them accurately and in a timely manner.
- Take initiative as a motivated and flexible self-starter; prioritize effectively and manage multiple concurrent requests with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate as a true teammate; contribute to team success and drive stronger outcomes through collective effort.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in a supply chain management related field
- Previous experience within eCommerce, Marketplace and/or Retail in a faced-paced environment
- Process mindset and experience with process optimization, and systems
- Has shown effective Interaction, communication, and rapport with cross functional teams.

- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amstedam office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation
€45,000.00-€55,000.00 EUR
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
