Position Summary

In this position you will continuously seek ways to improve inventory accuracy and order flow optimization (allocation/stock protection) to drive Under Armour's  profitability and organizational efficiency, in support of the accelerated annual growth. You will demonstrate a relentless pursuit of information accuracy and an ability to effectively understand and translate business need and key business levers into actionable system solutions.
You will be working from our beautiful office space in Amsterdam, adjacent to the historical Olympic Stadium. At Under Armour we are working in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Manage and optimize allocation and stock protection through analysis and business understanding, to ensure business priorities are met
•    Ensure that the cancellations for the B2C channels, including eCommerce, Marketplace and consignments, meet the set KPI’s, and drive actions to continuously improve this
•    Capture & analyze inventory accuracy variances. Develop & lead a root cause analysis process that ensures the problem is monitored and eliminated. Execute inventory adjustments in SAP aligned with Finance with key focus on B2C channels
•    Build and report on metrics for Inventory Accuracy to Senior Management. Continuously drive for Key Performance Indicator improvements
•    Take part in new systems and enhancements.  Based upon in-depth subject knowledge provide design insights, written test scripts, testing support, data validation, training and documentation 
•    Develop Standard Operating procedures and educate others in cause and effect to ensure inventory accuracy is safeguarded
•    Work on projects as assigned focused on DtC initiatives to support our commercial channels
•    Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently and tactfully through verbal and written communication across all functions

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

•    Have a commercial & process mindset, be able to see the bigger picture and understand the business priority & needs. Good knowledge of business concepts in Supply Chain, Sales, Finance
•    Critical thinker and strong analytical & problem-solving skills (use of Data Analysis). Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
•    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
•    Good time-management skills. Knows how to effectively prioritize demands of both the function and business unit. Completes tasks correctly & on time

Education And / Or Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology- related field preferred
•    3+ years of experience, ideally in an Inventory related operations role
•    Proven track record in problem solving and process improvements including measurable outcomes
•    Hands on experience with SAP (preferably FMS) on Inventory Management, advanced skills in BI Reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
•    Able to level the communication, messaging, and action driven conclusions to the audience it is shared with
