Purpose of Role

Digitalization of our physical retail spaces: 

  • As the retail environment becomes increasingly digitized and content driven it’s crucial, we continue to enhance our retail experience, be more timely/relevant/agile with content, & be more efficient with our investments.  Goals of this project is to assess the retail landscape, identify opportunities to shift from analog to digital, & help recommend a route and infrastructure approach to execute this. 
  • Asses current and future digital solutions for seasonal and season agnostic marketing and brand executions in the retail landscape, including pros/cons and costs 
  • Asses our current spend for seasonal and season agnostic marketing and brand executions in our physical spaces across all channels (WHS and DTC)
  • Based on the above, make recommendations on where and how to digitize our spaces. 
  • Deliver a concrete implementation plan describing recommended phasing, infrastructure need and investments.
     

Your Impact

You will be a member of the Retail Experience team, closely working with the functions in that team, especially Retail Marketing and Store Design & Development, as well as with x-functional partners in Channel Marketing. You will help define the future of the consumer experience in our physical retail footprint in both wholesale and DTC within our EMEA region.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
  • Return to Work Designation: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026
