Purpose of Role

The scope of this project is to support establishing an all-rounded process that supports the Learning & Development of our EMEA Retail teammates and to review the onboarding process.

The successful candidate of this Rookie program will lead on the development of our Retail Training Calendar and Retail Onboarding Program.

The role will include significant cross functional collaboration within the Retail Operations team and exposure to the Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and HR teams within Under Armour.
 

Your Impact

  • Identify training gaps and opportunities for process improvements;
  • Incorporate brand vision and values in the onboarding process;
  • Connect/work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as Talent Acquisition, Culture & Teammate Experience and Human Resources teams;
  • Support brand strategy by improving the onboarding process and teammate experience;
  • Support to drive consumer experience in Retail stores.

Qualifications

  • Written and verbal proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus;
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills;
  • Articulates messages effectively across different channels: i.e. presentations, conversations, and written;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis;
  • Ability to assess feedback and input applying judgement to prioritize resources;
  • PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Student of Business studies with focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology.
  • Experience in working in a Retail store is a plus.
