Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie (Intern) you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. 
Throughout the 11 months  you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration
and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


This position is a great opportunity to work with all levels of the organization supporting the business to achieve its objectives. The main objective of the FP&A team is to support & influence management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions in order to deliver the annual operating plan. Further to this you will focus on partnering with the DTC business including our Ecommerce, Retail & Marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with cross functional teammates to deliver Financial Forecasts (Quarter, Annual, 5YP) that are aligned to our Strategic Objectives.
Partner and work closely with the business providing timely and accurate visibility to Key KPI and P&L performance, clearly identifying risks and opportunities to expectation.
Responsible for coordinating and submitting relevant forecast submissions (Current Year/5YP) to the financial reporting system (IBPF), verifying accuracy of submissions.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis when required.
Identify and make recommendations for process Improvement to existing financial reports
Support the retail operations team to Identify specific areas across retail to drive productivity and enhance profitability.
Support the Ecommerce content team on a Returns Project helping with financial analysis to determine the impact on the P&L of various initiatives prior to implementation.
Partner the Business analytics team to enhance data gathering & reporting to support additional views of financial forecasting (KPI forecasting vs Customer forecasting).

Education And / Or Experience

You need to have the following 
EU Citizenship or Enrolled in a study
If you are not enrolled in a study, you can still meet the criteria with an EU Citizenship by having a completed a Bachelors or Masters in the last 2 years. 
Relocate to Amsterdam for 11 months - Sep 2022 - July 2023. Relocation is not offered.
