At Under Armour, we're looking for fearless Rookies who are ready to take on a challenge! As a company dedicated to making athletes better, our ultimate goal is to inspire you with performance solutions that you never knew you needed but can't imagine living without. As an Under Armour intern, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in bringing our mission and vision to life through a hands-on project that challenges you to develop new skills and push boundaries. This strategic project will test your skills and help you challenge the status quo, making a real business impact during your 5-month internship.

Alongside this project, you'll work closely with a mentor and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable global exposure and collaborating with talented professionals from across the company. With access to executive Q&A sessions and personalized guidance from our talent advisors, you'll be well-equipped to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

At Under Armour, we believe that an intern's experience should be enriched beyond their job responsibilities. That's why our interns get unparalleled Go-To-Market exposure and learn how our innovative products transition from development to sales and ultimately into the market.

Our internship program is designed to provide a holistic understanding of the Under Armour brand. Through in-person and online training, you'll have a deep dive into our values, expand your horizons, and connect with a powerful network of professionals worldwide through our career coaching platform.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team.
