Purpose of Role
Based in our Amsterdam office, as the Total Rewards Specialist you will be directly involved in the development and execution of our compensation & benefits strategy in EMEA. You will work closely with the Global Total Rewards team, directly developing and executing policies, handbooks and standard operating procedures. This position is critical to the success of the EMEA HR Operations and payroll teams in delivering an exceptional teammate experience. This is a six-month, fixed term contract.
Your Impact
- Support with pay increases, bonuses and other CLA mandated changes
- Salary survey submissions
- Creation, maintenance and distribution of company handbooks and policies
- Document benefit and salary components in Employee Central
- Develop, document and implement benefit and salary component audits
- Actively look for process efficiencies and partner with necessary stakeholders for implementation
- Support with benefits administration, portal registrations and invoicing
- In region second-tier contact for internal teams, and external consultants and providers
- Maintain up-to-date benefit overviews and compensation guidelines on Clubhouse and SharePoint sites
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience supporting multiple countries in EMEA for 2+ years
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and any other language a plus: Dutch, German, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, French
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
